007: Anxiety, Depression and You
I’m hearing from a lot of people that are having a hard time navigating through what it means to be human right now.
When you are in the feelings of anxiety, you are looking into the future. Feelings of depression and sadness often mean you are looking into the past. In this episode, I’m walking you through an exercise to align, center and ground your mind and body in the present. I’m also sharing how to handle the negative energy and information we are constantly absorbing.
