I can’t do that. I’ll never make that much money. People won’t pay that price. I don’t have the experience. I shouldn’t do that. I don’t know how. I can’t.


I can’t. I can’t. I can’t.


These self-limiting beliefs lived rent-free in my head for most of my life.


Growing up in a small community and without the expansive access of the internet, I only knew what I saw around me. I wasn’t exposed to women and mothers who had successful careers as authors or lawyers or HR executives or doctors. I was limited in my beliefs of what I was capable of.


In today’s episode, I’m talking about how to put self-limiting beliefs in the past and allow yourself to dream big and truly believe that you can have and do and be anything that you want. We’ll chat about why self-limiting beliefs pop up, ways to expose ourselves to all that is possible, and how to ditch these beliefs of doubt and fear for good.


Self-limiting beliefs keep us small. Take charge over how you perceive yourself and your capabilities and allow yourself to shine.
