Episode 94: Let's Talk BDSM with Walter

Welcome to the seventh episode in the Costa Rica Creators Series, featuring my fellow TikTok creators that I met at a life-changing retreat in Costa Rica.

BDSM, or bondage, dominance, sadism, and masochism, is a fascinating way that you can express your sexuality. We all have a shadow part of ourselves and if we don’t express it using things like BDSM consciously, then we will express it subconsciously. There is certainly a stigma surrounding the topic but it can be a great method of self-expression. It doesn’t have to be violent or dirty, it can be fun and playful.

In this week’s episode, I sat down with yet another friend from the retreat in Costa Rica, Walter. He is a spirituality, sexuality, confidence, psychedelics, and microdosing coach and I am so excited to dive into all of that today.

BDSM can be a vulnerable way to surrender to your partner and ask for what you want. Sex is a very natural, human experience, and there’s no shame in it. By engaging in this type of activity in a safe space, you are embracing all of the parts of you that need to come out. If you don’t, you may find that you’re expressing them in other, less healthy, ways.

When you step into your authentic self in this way, the people, experiences, and opportunities that are meant for you will show up sooner because you are ready for them. Walter’s program is all about the pilgrimage. It’s about helping people go beyond the mind and go through the whole path of manifestation, sexuality, psychedelics, and confidence through self-expression.
